George’s Flowers has always embraced new ideas and technology to help us exceed our customers’ expectations. See What You Send is one service that from day one of its implementation has proven to be a very valuable tool in making our customer service the best in the eyes of our clients. We get great feedback on our designs and occasionally are able to correct a mistake or improve our customers shopping experience with us. Many customers mention and applaud the sales associate or designer that helped them with their floral order. We are able to share the reviews with the employees which is a great reinforcement of “you are doing a great job and you are appreciated”. We recently surpassed 2000 reviews on See What You Send. Many of our customers also add a Google review or share or like us on Facebook. I love this service, our customers love this service. Thank you Chris for providing a most important customer service tool for our company.
See What You Send has become a necessity for our flower shop. We receive customer calls more than once a week saying the reason they chose our store is the great online reviews. Our customers also comment that seeing a picture of the flowers their loved ones received gives them peace of mind and increases their satisfaction with our services. I highly recommend this app. Small independent flower shops like ours are fueled by great customer service and See What You Send has put us a step ahead of our competition.

After using See What You Send, we would not have it any other way! At first we were apprehensive about the anticipated amount of time and energy to photograph each item we make, but it has been one of the best things we have done in terms of customer service. With the ability to provide the sender with an image of the exact item sent, our customers and customer service representatives would not have it any other way. It is an excellent service that we are proud to be able to provide to our customers, near and far.

In today's floral world, there are plenty of sharks selling useless items to cash in on already struggling florists' hopes. I was skeptical for many years about sending pictures of actual arrangements to the sender of the flowers, feeling perhaps their expectations would not be met, and fearing it would open a can of worms.
I skeptically tried See What You Send and am very pleased to report that my fears were unfounded. Customers have LOVED getting the actual images of the bouquets, even though they are not professional catalog shots, and the response has been phenomenal.
It is also another good way to get senders to give you their email addresses. One more side benefit, though rarely needed, is we are often able to fix potential problems before the bouquet even leaves the store.
Responses to pictures, even the small low priced ones, have been most excellent, and it gives us an edge over florists that don't give their senders this option.
Support and training has been most exemplary, with new features and functions being added regularly. They provide comprehensive performance reports, and yes, they are awesome.
All in all, I'm very glad we took a chance on this. I'm pleased to say that See What You Send is something very useful to help grow our business and popularity and to get us more online reviews, which are of paramount importance these days.
Expressions in Bloom
As always, I approached this concept with skepticism. However, after analyzing it completely, I was convinced that the potential benefits would substantially outweigh the risk. We have had "See What You Send" as part of our service for several months now and have no regrets. It didn't take long to realize that the decision was sound! We have found that "SWYS" has become a real time bridge between us, our customers, and the general flower buying public. Not only have we appreciated the positive reviews but have welcomed the criticism. It has helped us improve our quality control and has given us the reassurance that our work is appreciated. I would recommend this service to anyone who is sincerely trying to be the best that they can be.

Sending our customers a photo of the beautiful blooms they sent that day is the added touch that sets us apart in the marketplace. The See What You Send email helps our customers feel even more connected to their already emotional gift and is just another way for us to show them how much we care about their order.
